Meet Dr. Deana Adams

Deana Adams, Ph.D., LPC-S

Dr. Deana Adams is the Executive Director of Hope Behavioral Health, a private practice specializing in issues such as trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and traumatic brain injury. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Dr. Adams supervises interns as they counsel with individuals and families addressing mood, anxiety, and trauma disorders.

Dr. Adams is also the President/Founder of Hope After Brain Injury , a faith-based non-profit organization aimed at serving those affected by brain injury through education, counseling, and connection to community resources. Dr. Adams speaks nationally and internationally sharing research and insight of how to effectively treat and facilitate successful rehabilitation for those affected by brain injury.

Dr. Adams’ has been published in the field of brain injury including her latest book, Christian and Faith-based Counseling for Brain Injury: Techniques for Survivors and Families due November 2022 by Routledge Press.
